Conveyancing – All offices, East and North Kent

We have a number of opportunities for those with legal experience in the property sector, be they solicitors, licensed conveyancers, legal executives, conveyancing executives, secretaries or conveyancing assistants. The successful candidates, will be responsible for the conduct of residential and/or commercial conveyancing. Due to the nature of the job, experience is preferred. We are seeking individuals who are motivated and excellent client care skills.

This will be an in-house position, on a permanent basis. Flexible working is available.

Experienced Conveyancing Secretary – North Kent

Experienced legal secretary/assistant required to work in busy specialist Conveyancing office. The successful candidates, will need to be very efficient with good working knowldege of residential conveyancing.

This will be an in-house position and will be on a permanent basis.

Private Client Executive – Rainham

We are currently looking to appoint a Private Client Executive, to our Rainham office. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking on and dealing with their own files (including Wills, LPA’s and Probate) – therefore, experience is essential for this position.

Due to the busy nature and high profile of this office, the successful candidate will need to be positively motivated, and have good time-management and client care skills.

Across our offices, we have taken on more than 20 apprentices, with the vast majority staying with us at the end of their apprenticeship for the chance to build their career with us.

During the apprenticeship, you will learn the practical skills needed to work within the legal industry, while completing your qualification through Canterbury College. Apprentices will usually have an assigned position, but are rotated throughout our departments on a regular basis to ensure that training is received and experience gained in all types of matters that we deal with.
